The Association has always supported local small businesses including private individuals who have skills to offer the community. This is not intended for large commercial organisations or those whose principal place of business is outside the Association area. No responsibility is taken by the Association for any consequences of engaging any person using this space to make their skills more widely known. No charge is made for entries. Terms of engagement are a matter of negotiation between the person making the entry and those engaging them. This part of the site can also be used by people seeking services. The right is reserved to edit and decline entries.

The Eden Project in Cornwall is promoting a nationwide neighbourhood lunch on Sunday 19 July 2009. Residents are being encouraged to sit down and share good food and conversation with those on the other side of the garden fence, and the fence beyond, etc.
